I also cannot make it at 11am. I thought the doodle was in CET, but I guess it was adapted to my local time, so I communicated my availability wrongly. 
Regarding a plan B for the GDD, here are my thoughts:

It would be good to have a list of recommendations for a virtual GDD, and maybe even organizing something ourselves?
For example:
- recommending/organising livestreaming of some talks,e.g. on youtube live
- having some joint discussions on Zoom? what is the capacity of people in the same call?

In terms of content, in order to relate it to the current times it could be interesting to have the personal level, and the macro level, 
- How did people experience the quarantine, and the reduced opportunities to consume and travel..
- Since a recession is very likely, how to advocate and push for a transformation of the economy compatible with a degrowth future?
