I am ok with the minimum option of call! However maybe we could just send an email of partner, telling them that if we do not receive email of changes they will continue to be partner and let it go, maintaining same partners and adding new one if specifically some one request. I can send obviously email to my italian partner. Ciao!

as mentioned below, we seem to be a rather small group and all of us are very busy. So we thought about how we could streamline the GDD 2021 process.

Our suggestion is: We skip the partner "thing", i.e. we don't ask them, we don't collect their logos, we don't create a file with nicely arranged logos. On the website, we would simply eliminate all partner information. We just send out a "call for action" directly. We don't create an extra flyer for this, so everybody can use his/her own words. So we need no translation. We don't send event organizers any mail (reminder or survey) - so GDD would be mainly self-organized.
