Er besteht aus einer Mischung von Technikübungen und Experimentieren in unterschiedlichen Themenfelder. Speziell in diesem Workshop wird der Fokus auf das Fallen, Landen und das Fliegen gelegt. Am ersten Tag werden wir uns vor allem mit den Basisthemen Gewicht teilen, Rollender Punkt, der Technik vom Fallen & Landen und dem Beginn vom Fliegen und Gewicht heben befassen. Am zweiten Kurstag werden wir Erlerntes vertiefen und ergänzen und den Fokus mehr auf das Fliegen legen. Dabei wird mit strukturierter Improvisation und freiem Tanzen mit und ohne Musik gearbeitet. We are grateful to announce the 3rd round of the annual 4 week training: *CONTACT IMPROVISATION TEACHER TRAINING, FREIBURG (GER)* *WHY?* * Many people with a strong desire to teach CI in diverse contexts wish to have support for their path as well as: A peers group to share questions and doubts with, to gain confidence and be accompanied through their process. A safe place to practice articulation and languaging of an experience to be transmitted or shared. An environment to nourish and question their teaching practice and resources related to CI transmission/facilitation/teaching. To develop their own particular CI teaching style and strengthen their voice. *HOW?* * We propose a training structure with 4 one-week training in a closed group over one year. * In between the training weeks there is time to continue your research/practice, find answers to questions, and hopefully find more questions. * As part of the training, participants will co-teach a class and receive feedback from the group. CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM: * We will share the motivation to be in this program and the questions we all bring. * CI classes will be offered as models, taught by one of the teachers’ team. * We will observe, talk and discuss about how to look at classes and how to analyze them. Through the discussions you will find your own filters and ways. * We will open space for first experiments offering co-teaching labs and discussions to a certain topic of interest and will also propose labs to your questions. * We will share resources, strategies and scores, which will facilitate access to new material/thoughts/ideas. POSIBLE QUESTIONS: * Questions about teaching could be: What is CI for me? (more general) Which (content / structure / values) do I wish to provide through my teaching? How do I wish to teach (environment/quality/atmosphere of the class)? How do I prepare a class? How do I lead a class? Safety issues for a class or a jam. Do I need them? What is a CI jam for me, how would I host one? CI and socio-politics: What CI has to do with our society? CI as a performance art or/and a social dance? FEEDBACKS*:* * We provide different structures and methods to give/receive personal feedback within the entire group and small groups. FORMATION / DIPLOMA * We will encourage you to co-teach one entire class towards the end of the program. You will choose your group and your interest. You will receive feedback from the group and/or the teachers in your chosen format. The Tools offered cultivate different modes of attention within the perceptual / sensorial / visual / kinesthetic mindbody to be shared in a compositional space. The co-creation in the present time takes place and reveals a diversity of possible and potential relationships. Strong Center - Soft Limbs Contact Improvisation - sattes Gewicht teilen und spielerisch in Fluss kommen 11. und 12. März in Osnabrück Mit JOhanNA Hantke und Kai Kaldrack In diesem Workshop wollen wir die Power deiner Körpermitte aufwecken und erforschen. Die Kraft, die dir erlaubt sattes Gewicht zu teilen und Leichtigkeit in deine Extremitäten fießen zu lassen. Wir werden als Einstieg ein paar Basisübungen sezieren und auf das nächste Level bringen. Für satte, sichere Kontaktpunkte aus denen heraus Lifts und Ebenenwechsel entstehen können. Spielerisch lassen wir Möglichkeiten einfießen, die dir erlauben mithilfe deiner Arme und Beine dein Gewicht schluckweise zu dosieren und so verschiedene Dynamiken einzuladen. Mal langsam und köstlich - mal schnell und wonnig. Und natürlich wird es immer wieder Raum fürs Tanzen und "freidrehen" von der Technik geben. Zum Beispiel bei der satten Abendjam. Zeiten: Samstag 11.3. 11:00-17:30 (inkl. 1 Stunde Pause) 19:00-21:30 oﬀene Jam (für Teilnehmende inklusive) Sonntag 12.3. 11:30-17:00 (inkl. 1 Stunde Pause) Kosten: Wir möchten diesen Workshop mit einem solidarischen Finanzkonzept gestalten. Im Workshop werden wir das Fliessen und Schweben im Wasser und im Luft-Raum erforschen und erfahren. Wir entdecken und improvisieren mit der Leichtigkeit und Schwerelosigkeit des Körpers im Wasser und der Begegnung der Körper unter und über Wasser. Im Wasser lernen wir durch verschiedene Improvisationsthemen (z. Bsp. Führen-Folgen, Manipulation, Widerstand-Nachgeben und Unterstützen) die eigenen Verhaltensweisen des Wassers, des Raumes und dessen Einfluss auf uns und unsere PartnerInnen kennen, experimentieren und spielen damit. Mitbringen: Kleine Verpflegung, Badetuch, Badeanzug, Schwimmbrille, Nasenklemme oder Taucherbrille. Muriel Jeanne Mollet: Ist Dozentin an der Höheren Fachschule für zeitgenössischen und urbanen Bühnentanz Zürich. Sie arbeitet als Tanz- und Bewegungspädagogin, Performerin, Choreographin, im Wasser und mit systemischer Prozessbegleitung/Erlebnispädagogik sowie mit dem Thema Gewaltprävention an diversen Schulen als Anleiterin Kampfesspiele®. Nach dem Abschluss als Bewegungspädagogin (SBTG-Diplom 1989) folgte das Studium Elementarer Tanz an der Sporthochschule Köln. Danach kontinuierliche Weiterbildung in verschiedenen Tanz- und Improvisationstechniken, sowie Kampfkünsten (Capoeira, Shinson Hapkido und Stockkampf). Fortbildungen und Assistenzen in Wassertanzen bei Arjana Brunschwiler (Gründerin WATA®). Sie war Leiterin und Gründerin des SURIEL tanztheaters 1993-97 und 2003-2012 Mitglied des Improvisations-, Research- und Performancekollektivs „x-group“. Auftritte mit eigenen Soloproduktionen, Gruppenstücken und Capoeirashows in der Schweiz und im Ausland. 2011 Diplom Systemische Prozessbegleitung / Erlebnispädagogik (2009-2011). 2012/2013 Weiterbildung mit Diplom Anleiterin Kampfesspiele® (Gewaltprävention mit Jungen). Freudvolles Tanzen, Spiele, Experimentieren mit physischen Kräften, Extreme und Grenzen entdecken, Rhythmus, Musik und „Flow“ sind die wichtigsten Aspekte in Ihrem Unterricht und Tanzen. Gehalten durch das langsam wachsende Vertrauen in der Gruppe können wir uns in unserem Tanz mutig erproben, zeigen und entwickeln. Wir werden im Solo und im Duett arbeiten und das Spiel mit der Schwerkraft im Kontakt in seinen Feinheiten und in seiner Tiefe erforschen. Uns interessiert besonders, wie sich unsere Körper mit geteiltem Gewicht organisch organisieren, Spiralen ineinandergreifen und zusammenspielen und sich durch alle Ebenen hindurch unterstützen. Darüber hinaus werden wir uns in unserer Tanzzeit üben unsere Wahrnehmung weiter zu öffnen, unsere Verbindung zur Gruppe, Trios, Kompositionen im Raum zu erkennen, zu ermöglichen und damit zu spielen. Angela-Mara und Elske teilen beide eine tiefe Wertschätzung und Verbindung zu Nancy Stark Smith und sind in ihrer Arbeit und in ihrem Unterricht von ihr massgeblich beeinflusst. Das Erbe von Nancy lebt ein Stück weit in den Körpern weiter, die mit ihr im Kontakt waren und schimmert auch in unserem Unterricht immer wieder durch. Über das Tanzen hinausschauend, liegt uns am Herzen, wie sich unsere Arbeit im Studio ausdehnt und überträgt auf unsere Zeit außerhalb, auf unser Umgehen miteinander in unserer Gruppe an unseren gemeinsamen Wochenenden und darüber hinaus.
